Quality Coordinator

Arovo’s international activities are growing rapidly, as a Quality Coordinator you will support the sales, buying and sourcing teams as well as our suppliers across the globe to secure the quality and safety of our products, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintains and executes quality manuals, physical standards, and inspection protocols.
  • Ensures product compliance with European legislation, including packaging and labeling.
  • Acts as first point of contact for B2B clients and authorities (e.g., NVWA) regarding product quality and compliance.
  • Monitors supplier performance and drives quality improvements.
  • Coordinates FSC certification requirements and prepares documentation for audits.
  • Manages productfiles, testreports, and related documentation accurately.
  • Investigates customer complaints and implements effective corrective actions.
  • Train buying team on quality standards and set up procedures to ensure internal quality assurance.

Required Skills and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO-level) in Quality Management or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in product quality and compliance, preferably in international consumer goods.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of quality systems, tools, and continuous improvement methods
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
